What clients want to know before starting

What is n8n, anyway?+
n8n is an open automation platform that connects hundreds of programs: email, Google, calendars, invoicing tools and many more. It is used worldwide, from one-person companies to large enterprises. We build your processes on top of it. You never have to know or operate n8n yourself.
What does a workflow cost?+
Every workflow has a fixed price stated in the quote before you commit, together with the estimated hours saved per week. A simple workflow like the quote follow-up costs less than a complex custom process. In the free first call you get both numbers in writing.
Do I need technical knowledge?+
No. You describe your processes in plain words, we translate them into technology. After handover you operate nothing new: your emails, sheets and calendars stay exactly the ones you use today. The workflow works invisibly in between.
What if one of my tools changes?+
Small changes, like a new password, are covered in the documentation and done in minutes. For bigger changes, say a new invoicing system, we adapt the workflow at the agreed hourly rate. You are never dependent on us: any technician who knows n8n can maintain your workflow, because it belongs to you and is fully transparent.
What happens to our data?+
Your data stays in your systems. The workflow only processes what each step needs, and how it is handled is agreed in writing before the start. On request, your n8n instance runs on servers in the EU.
What if the workflow ever stops?+
Every workflow reports itself when something is off: you get a message before you would notice it in your day-to-day. In the first 30 days after handover we fix issues free of charge. After that it is your choice: handle it yourself, call us, or book a support package, whatever suits you.
